KCI Properties provides amazing student accommodation at The Village, that’s easy, safe, and convenient. Not only are we on the IIE MSA doorstep, but we are also only 1.1km away from Featherbrooke Shopping Centre, which has all the amenities you may need. With all your basics catered for, you can truly get the most out of your university experience.

Our rooms are fully furnished, with onsite laundry facilities, an outdoor gym, braai areas, a tuck shop, and much more. We guarantee that your needs will be catered to. This is the perfect place to find balance between work and play. You can build friendships and relationships and have the privacy of your room to study and keep focused. It is in actual fact the best of both worlds.

Finding student accommodation is one of the most difficult parts of going to university. KCI Properties want to make the process easier for you.

Located on the IIE MSA campus doorstep you can hit snooze, grab your morning coffee and still get to class on time.

What we have to offer

We have two unit options; a bachelor unit for one person or a twin shared unit for two people.

In the shared unit, each student has their own bedroom with a shared kitchenette, living space, and bathroom.

Both units come fully furnished. You just need to bring your clothing and some groceries, and you’re good to go!

Modern accommodations

We renovate every unit we acquire. Making sure that each unit is up to our standards. We hope that we've created an environment that suits the needs of the modern student. Our units are fully furnished, have a good internet connection, and we have laundry facilities on site.


Additionally, due to the challenge of loadshedding, we have provided a study lamp with a rechargeable loadshedding bulb that lasts up to four hours while the power is out. This means that your life doesn't have to come to a complete standstill just because the power is gone.

Safety and security

Your safety will always be our priority, for us and for parents. We have monitored cameras on every corridor, making sure that we can pick up on any bad behaviour. Security staff is also on the grounds at all times, both patrolling the site and manning the front gate.

Privacy

Sharing can be challenging if you don't know who your roommate is. Our bachelor units offer you privacy by providing you with your own space where you can make the rules. Even in the shared units, you still have your bedroom, giving you some level of privacy as well.

Proximity

The best part of staying with KCI Properties at The Village is that it is directly next door to campus. This means you can hit snooze, grab your morning coffee, and still get to class on time. The lecture hall is always only five minutes away.

Independence

For many of you, this may be your first time living away from home. University is the perfect time to start experiencing independence and building up those life skills. While staying with us, you will have the opportunity to learn how to take care of your household. You'll learn how to budget for things like groceries, electricity, and nights out. This is the first official step into adulthood, and we are more than happy to take the first step with you.
